l have installed the clutch twice already, but the clutch stays engaged all the time and it has nothing to do with the slave cylinder, l am not leaking any fluid and the slave cylinder can not extend any further than it is now.l used a alignment tool so the clutch is dead center guarantied.the throw out bearing is still atached to the transmision and is brand knew it has stayed on the forks and works properly the first and second install.l have missed a week of work trying to repair this piece of junk.l am dead broke so l cant afford the dealer repair manual which is the only one you can get for this particular vehicle.l have installed many clutches before and never had a problem any suggestions will be appreciated.

have you bleed the system out , much like you do brakes when they have air in the lines. if this doesnt work , was the flywheel resurfaced and if so how much was taken off. could have cut it down to thin if resurfaced. just a couple of ideas to check hope it helps.
