You can burn out in practically any car.

Why would an automatic matter?

Yes you can and easily. All you have to do is hold the brakes gently until you get the tires spinning then let go of the brake and you will take off doing a burnout.

Doing a burnout with an automatic compared to a standard makes no difference its all the same.

If you try to do this in a car that is to gutless you can wreck the transmission doing this, but l am quite sure your re badged Dodge Stealth can do this no problem.
